Embracing a new era!
We welcomed Alex Raes as CEO of Moderna Products Belgium. Bart Bonte moved to the board as Chairman, while he remains CEO of Moderna Products America. Due to our increasing growth, we also welcomed many new colleagues to strengthen various departments. Together we strive to take Moderna to an even higher level.
On the road
We were present at numerous trade shows and events all over the world! We always look forward to connect again, gather insights and showcase our latest innovations.
Moderna Clean-Up
Our team organized two clean-up campaigns around our headquarters. Around 35 kg of waste was collected! These actions contribute to a cleaner and more sustainable environment, while also strengthening our sense of teamwork.
Moderna Green Pact
Our commitment to sustainability took a significant step forward in 2024. In November, we transitioned to 100% green energy. A milestone that reflects our dedication to reducing our environmental impact and advancing sustainable practices. Additionally, our 6153 solar panels continue to generate clean energy.
New machines in Gaffney
This year, we added 4 new fully electric machines to our Gaffney facility.
These machines boost our production capacity and reflect our commitment to innovation and sustainability. 💪
Buzzworthy update
In 2023, we installed a beehive, and yes, the bees have been hard at work!
We’ve had the pleasure of tasting the delicious, super-local Moderna honey. By nurturing the wellbeing of these essential pollinators, we contribute to the broader efforts of supporting nature, boosting local agriculture, and reducing our ecological footprint.
